Sorry I cant understand the concept of 'more risk' or 'priority' in case of a conflict. All recordings set on an already scheduled time will be included in the conflicts and will not record.
Say you've got one tuner, and you have a recurring recording for House, and a recurring for The Event, and these shows are at different times, but mid season they change the times to to both be on at 8pm... now the recording with the highest priority will successfully schedule, and the other will be marked as a conflict. ie, you can set either House or The Event as the show you'd prefer to record in the case of a conflict.
