No audio for NPVR version 1.5.36

You shouldnt have to change the renderer to VMR9.

Reproduce the problem with EVR, and post your npvr.log and I'll take a look.

One of the patches must of fixed the problem when using EVR.
I changed the video renderer back to EVR and i now have sound.

I've just had the same problem, but only with certain channels. Changing the audio codecs did nothing, nor did re-scanning the channels. Changing the video codec from VMR9 to EVR, suddenly I get sound and no picture. Changing back to VMR9 I get sound and video.

If you're on XP, are you sure you have a functioning EVR renderer? Does it work in other applications?
