Removed all plug-ins and now instead of the "NextPVR has stopped working", it looks like the recording service was turned off somewhere. New logs attached. Thanks.

What you are seeing is NextPVR running as recording service because the Recording Service was hung. Your logs consistently show that your recording device fails to get set up correctly after a resume to record, I'd check your BIOS power management.

Thanks. I disabled ACPI in the BIOS so we'll see what happens.

Problem is still there although not the error. I set up a test last night where I recorded every 1/2 hour around the EPG Update. The one before and the first after the update worked but not the 2nd after the update. When I checked the recording service was stopped. Something is turning it off. Logs attached.

Wnen it next happens, before you restart the recording service, can you run filtercheck.exe and post the filtercheck.log/nrecord.log files?

See attached logs. I don't see a filter check with NPVR so I used the one with GBPVR.

What type of card do you have? Is it a PVR150 or PVR250/350?

It made it different. The recording service was on when I checked this morning. I started NextPVR to see what had happened to the recording that was supossed to start at 9. NextPVR ran for a minute or 2 and then crashed. When I checked the record log the same error was there as yesterday and the Recording service was now off. I had to reboot to turn it on.

I have another problem that I assume is unrelated but maybe not so I'll mention it. Sometimes when I delete a video from NextPVR, I get and unhandled exception. The text of that is attached as well.
