Recording service stopped or not running at scheduled time

This has been occurring since mid-November.  Near as I can figure is possibly a Windows 10 update as a possible culprit... no problems in year.. couple forced Windows 10 updates, now weird issues:
Several times with no warning or indication in the application, the recordings fail claiming the service isn't available.
Rebooting clears it up, but I'd like to find the culprit and eliminate it.  Maybe one of the two quad tuners is flaking out?  Now seems to be a weekly occurrence.
Logs attached.  Occurred again at 2020-12-18 19:55:00.217

Probably unrelated, while wife is watching old MCEBuddy compressed recordings for Dateline she randomly gets continual pop up errors of unhandled exceptions.  "Dateline NBC-S28E46-In Cold Blood - DUPE S25E06.mp4".  I didn't see anything stand out in the logs during playback.

Is there a way to get an email when recordings start failing, or the services aren't running?

It does look like your Windows support for digital tuners is broken.

The support for digital tuners works, this issue has just been popping up intermittently.

I dug into the Event Viewer application log and found a couple different issues.

The error for "service is unavailable" appears to be directly related to ASP.net "Out of memory exception" for NRECORD.EXE.
For the moment I implemented a task scheduler to restart the service, after the event is triggered.
AND uninstalled Plex media server (which I NEVER use), and BitDefender.
The system has 8gb, 6.95 usable (shared with memory card).
After installing the two apps, the computer is showing 55% memory usage... so I'm going to keep an eye on that.

There was an unrelated error that kept appearing, that coincided with crashes occurring sometimes when right clicking the system tray for checking the recording status. .NET runtime unhandled exception. npvrtray.exe.

Unrelated, but threw me off cause it was mixing in with the other recoding error... several recordings were failing, but it wound being a red hearing. Once of the smaller local networks changed their frequency a SECOND time in 2020, but didn't see any notice. Noticed while playing with the WinTV app and comparing the frequencies and SIDs.

Sorry I wasn't clearer the BDA error was intermittent perhaps related to resume.
