Trouble with HDPVR

Im getting black screen and no sound in NPVR when trying to view live TV with the HDPVR. Im on Windows 7 pro 64 bit, the HDPVR is working in TME.

I thought it wasn't working starting in 2.2.6 unit I realized NPVR takes up to 25 seconds to start playing live tv from my HDPVR. The file is good, because I can rewind to the beginning of the file and see all that I missed.

LiveTV is also still quick on the PCH.

In the log this line:
2011-09-14 06:11:22.662 [DEBUG][1] audio renderer now AC3

Is where I open up TME and NPVR starts working, ...

That line is my reference point too, but I usually have to seek backwards to get a/v sync. I have asked for an option to have AC3 first but sub wrote that doesn't think that North American use live tv very much.

Is 2.2.6 the first version you've used, or did you originally setup the channels in an earlier version?

Yea it is a brand new install of windows. On my old install of windows it was working fine with 1.5.36, but I didn't copy anything from that install over.

I have left it running for several minutes and I never get a picture or audio until TME tries to take control of the card.

When you created these channels, did you use the 'Import' (from xmltv/schedules direct) or the 'Add' (manually create channel)?

I used the add channel button, I just have one channel atm because I haven't set up anyway to change channels from NPVR.

I just installed a fresh copy of XP, updated, installed my Hauppauge HD-PVR 1212 and installed NextPVR; no other changes made. When I go into device settings for my HD-PVR it allows me to change the audio input from the default (SPDIF) to RCA back. I click OK and go back into Device Setup and it has changed back to SPDIF!

I get video out from component no problem, but no audio. Any idea how I can get this to allow me to bring in audio to the RCA? My STB doesn't have SPDIF out.
