Any interest in a Spotify Plugin for NextPVR?

For what it's worth, I have a Pandora plugin for NPVR almost ready to go that doesn't require a subscription (but I'm not sure if it is supported in Canada or anywhere outside the US).

I think there's an error in the registerserver.bat I included in the install on the wiki and I'm not at my dev PC to update.

Change user=SPC181567\furmar to user=%userdomain%\%username% and run again (as admin).

According to 'My Virgin Media' console my cable package entitles me to 6 months free subscription to Spotify Premium. There's supposed to be a 'register' button but it's not there. I'll see if I can get it sorted - it'll give you another tester for 6 months at least.

Try reinstalling from the wiki, I've updated the server registration part of the installer.

ok, got it running. I think i did what is known as an epic fail by not running SpotiFire.Server.exe as you had instructed in bold on the wiki...I must have been distracted by the same shiny thing that johnsonx42 saw..

The download file on the wiki still has the wrong registerserver.bat

I confess that I originally hoped it might link into the radio/whats new/top lists services. I will go and play for a month and build up my playlist and see how I get on.
