I'm pretty sure we fixed the bug that required a timing.info when accessed from a client. It's certainly wasn't intentional.

I can't really run anything from my backend anymore so I am not sure I'd be testing the same use. Riztnack since you opened the thread can you do this? Martin

Sub, is there anything else you want me to try to help out the Ceton users who have the GetDuration 2 message from their Ceton recordings?
I tried NetworkRecorder with SGraphrecorder and NPVR is definitely reading the correct duration from both my host and client PC's Martin

Is there any way for me to reproduce the issue without a Ceton?

I can't reproduce it either but at least four users get it and the logs are all GetDuration showing 2. Here is one file set, http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post446703 He had the 2 second duration in his logs the page before but those played okay for me.

Other clients work okay, but one system running XP Pro SP3 only shows video for about a second then it disappears. I've attached a log file in case it helps. It appears to be the same problem.
My tuner is an HDHR Prime attached to a "server".

@Zogg your problem may be totally unrelated? You have the fake osd message try toggling the state of <AlternateOSDForMissingVideo>

I've never seen any other users with this MPEG2 decoder: Quote:2013-01-08 18:16:49.025 [DEBUG][1] - SnapStream Video/SP Decoder |
