Please help with setup

The wiki for he gbpvr states "NextPVR records everything it does to .log files, these can be found in the NextPVR data directory in the subfolder Logs. It can be useful to zip and attach a recent set of these logs when requesting support in the forums." I cannot find this in either the Program Files or Program Data directories.

Look in the Public profile: c:\users\Public\NPVR\Logs

I guess you really don't know wiki's. On the NextPVR wiki link I gave you follow the hyper link to the quick start and scroll up a bit.

Sorry, I missed it. I am having trouble uploading, it appears too large. How do I condense it? I am not able to paste in the online logs because of its size.

xbmclogs or pastebin is fine, otherwise archive it. Right from that NextPVR wiki link I gave

"Zip and attach your logs
These are very helpful. Use Winzip or equivalent to compress the logs folder then when writing your forum post click "Go advanced" and then you can attach files with the "Manage Attachments" button. "

Made new/short web.log from nextpvr: http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=31206. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

Most folk on here zip and attach their logs ...

Right click on the Logs folder, select Send to ... and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. This should create a single file ending .zip. Then follow Martin's post above to "Go Advanced" etc.

Please back up a little. This is the first time I have ever attempted using the software. And after trying to get it to work for over 2 hours/reading old wiki's that misdirected me, I may have been a little "groggy at 1am our time. I thought this was a place to help, ie a forum, but all you seem interested in is flaming me. I have never run "debug" mode so finding the logs was new to me with one under the user and the other under public. I am not a programmer which is why I am attempting to use this program for its "ease of use/setup." I have been nothing but cordial in my questions and attempts to provide the information you requested. I would appreciate your patience if you are really here to help, and not just flame me.

I am sorry it was late here too. It just seemed like you were looking for a quick solution and weren't bothering to fully read the links I was finding for you.
