Perhaps install the Media Pack http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968211 if you haven't already.

I just tried installing that and it said this install is not applicable to my computer. Im running Win 7 Enterprise. I don't have an N or KN at the end of it.

I'm really not sure why Martin pointed you to that media pack. You definitely don't need it; Win 7 enterprise has all the codecs and media center stuff already, same as pro.

I am using Total Media to view the TV input just fine. That is the app that came with the card itself.
Do you think this card is the issue?

Johnson, I downloaded the latest patch and ran the app. It froze my machine again when going to live tv. Atached are the logs after I rebooted. Any ideas?

you need to attach the logs that show the crash... those just show the service and gui starting up after the reboot. When in doubt, just compress and attach the entire logs folder.

OK. Gotcha. Wasn't thinking about it logging during reboot. I'm a osoftware engineer myself.

those logs show you using the LAV Video Decoder, which is known to behave poorly with NPVR. Also, you don't seem to have an AC3 decoder selected; try http://ac3filter.net.
