I have manual recurring recordings set up on my clear-QAM channels every day, just a minute or so in order to check that the cable company hasn't changed the frequency. For a long time, they move an hour every time DST begins/ends, but since it wasn't that important, I didn't bother with it.

I just looked, and it's still doing it. Don't know what sort of details you might need - they are manual recordings, every day, with the start and end time set to the same time (example, 4:20 pm) with a pre-padding of 1 minute and post-padding of 0, so I get a 1 minute recording.

I redid the Recurring recording and things are fine since.

It happened again one recording shifted from Sunday to Monday, time of recording was 19h30m
So it has nothing to do with Daylight Saving time change.

I'm going to jump in here because this is a biannual issue for me and has been so for years.
In New Zealand Daylight Saving finishes tomorrow morning
Today the EPG has the correct times for programming this morning but programme times from 1:00pm this afternoon skip an hour
Examples
A programme that airs from 1:00pm to 2:00pm today missing from the EPG
A programme that starts at 2:00pm shows a start time of 1:00 pm
All programming from 2:00pm today till 2:00am tomorrow have a start time 1 hour early

Yes the time and timezone and DST settings for Windows are all correct

Here is a programme listing from the xml file (generated by EPGCollector V4.1) that does not show in the EPG
Code:
</programme>
  <programme start="20130406130000 +1300" stop="20130406140000 +1300" channel="1202">
    <title>Wedding Wars</title>
    <desc>....
  </programme>
here is the same programme for next week
Code:
<programme start="20130413130000 +1200" stop="20130413140000 +1200" channel="1202">
    <title>Wedding Wars</title>
    <desc>...
  </programme>

Am I missing something here, or I just need to suck it it an put up with it?
Cheers

If you zip and attach your xmltv file, I can check where this show is going, and why the times are screwed after 1pm.

I have always had the same problem both with GB-PVR & NextPVR (& both are doing the exact same thing right now) I also use EPG Collector.....

Interestingly I just ran a replace command over my whole guide.xml just now that had

replace -fname *.xml -casesens -find "+1300" -replace "+1200"

& now everything is in it's right place for today & for the rest of the week??

Thanks Jaggy
I can see that would work, as a work around, not a fix of course, I'll give it a go
