ndroid service will not start

Visual C++ 2010 worked for me too. You might want to list this on the wiki page as a requirement along with .net. Just a thought!

Fair comment, sorry. I really need to do some work on the wiki. I seem to have too many projects on the go at the moment and I'm losing track of things. I'll try to get up to date ASAP.

this was my problem as well. it was odd because there was no outward sign that the service was crashing. bump for request for update to installer.
