That helps. I had to add the NPVR key under HKLM\Software and I thought that was odd... Anways, I added the key and the dump file created in C:\Temp does the same thing... the file size is 117MB, but it does not play in VLC. It's just blank like the snippet I sent earlier. Now, miraculously, sometimes the channels will play just fine, other times, they're blank. Not sure what the deal is. I'm afraid it's a problem with the InfiniTV, but Ceton won't help with that since they don't officially support Windows 10 .

Thats the raw, unmolested data arriving from the device, so it sounds like it's arriving as garbarge. I'm not really sure what to suggest with this one. I'm not that familiar with the Ceton devices. Maybe look if it's got any errors listed in the Ceton error log on their webpage.

Ok, so I've copied the Ceton webpage logs of trying to tune two different channels. The first attachment is from NBC, which works. The second is from ESPNU, which does not work. These log files don't really mean much to me, but hopefully they'll make sense to you! Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Again!

It's not entirely clear what these messages are saying (whether it cant decypt them, or whether it's supplying the encrypted channel to NextPVR or something else). Do you have these channels working in any other software?

No, I haven't tried any other software that works with Windows 10 and cable card tuners. Do you have any suggestions to try? I have the Hauppauge WinTV app, but I don't think it will work with encrypted channels.
