The decoders are usually .ax files. They'll sometimes be a .dll file though.

I did some more digging and found this MediaPortal webpage that references registering PowerDVD 10+ codecs.
I was able to find and register 'clcvd.ax' and claud.ax' in my PowerDirector 11 folders, but could not find 'clvsd.ax' as mentioned on that page.
Nevertheless, in NextPVR I can now select, 'Cyberlink Video Decoder' under MPEG2, and I am able to see and hear 'some' of the channels 'some' of the time but video/audio is choppy. I don't know why this is sporadic, as under Windows Media Center these channels were all rock solid. ..but it seems I'm making some progress....
