I recently cancelled my cable service and use the HDHomerun Prime box to grab broadcast channels (about 50 channels) and since then havent been able to get audio or video on my NextPVR which, in turn, broke my Kodi too.
I'm a little confused. You say that you "recently cancelled my cable service". So do you still have a CableCard in the Prime? Is the Prime still connected to the cable or to an antenna? Scanning with the ATSC device in NextPVR would be for over-the-air broadcasts received via an antenna. But your screen shot of HDHR Config shows that it is configured for cable QAM service.

My HDHomerun is picking up channels in both ATSC and QAM. I didnt realize the QAM until just now (still scanning), so maybe this will work?
Even though we cancelled our cable tv service, we still have internet service thru the cable line. So we still get broadcast channels ++ That same cable line is hooked up to the HDHomerun box. No cablecard.
After scanning QAM tuner for channels. It came up with about 500 "unknown" channels. I cant imagine thats right as I shouldnt have 500+ channels unless cable company made a mistake by cancelling the service on the bill but leaving the premium cable live. Im trying to see if it will pull the EPG but its taking forever...
