Can you try again with this patch, and post the npvr.log? I've added a couple of log messages.

I installed the new patch and ran a channel scan, same result. Attached log file.

Sorry, can you show the log from the HDHR Prime scan?

Sorry, I think I must be misunderstanding your request. I posted the latest NPVR.log after the latest channel scan attempt, but I renamed it NPVR-NuQ2.log. Are you requesting the log that the HDHomeRun software produces?

You said you had both these types of devices:
Quote:TV Signal Sources: 2 x SiliconDust HDHomerun Prime with Cable Cards – These were successfully channel scanned, but now NPVR crashes when scanning these also.
TV Signal Source: 1 x SiliconDust HDHomeRun Extend. I have not been able to scan channels for this device.
That scan in the last log was from the HDHomeRun Extend (which uses BDA drivers). I wanted to see the NextPVR scan from the other device, the HDHomeRun Prime, which you'd indicated was also crashing. (ie, these devices use an entirely separate scan, that works a different way - and I'd only added that extra logging into the HDHomeRun Prime scanning)

Ah, sorry. Gotcha now. Attached is the log after a SUCCESSFUL HDHR channel scan. It worked this time, i can't get it to crash. I deleted the tuner, then went back into Devices and did Device Set Up and Scan.

Ok, HDHR Prime is working fine, so I'll ignore that.

In the "C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun" directory run "hdhomerun_config.exe discover" and post the output. I'll check this against the BDA drivers shown in your earlier logs.

The discover argument shows the device IDs and IP addresses. I'll paste the output below. I also showed the Help. I may need to run something else to get what you are after.

C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun>hdhomerun_config.exe discover
hdhomerun device 131CF4E5 found at 192.168.1.200
hdhomerun device 1318C90C found at 192.168.1.201
hdhomerun device 10543C7C found at 192.168.1.217

C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun>hdhomerun_config.exe 10543C7C scan
Usage:
hdhomerun_config.exe discover
hdhomerun_config.exe <id> get help
hdhomerun_config.exe <id> get <item>
hdhomerun_config.exe <id> set <item> <value>
hdhomerun_config.exe <id> scan <tuner> [<filename>]
hdhomerun_config.exe <id> save <tuner> <filename>
hdhomerun_config.exe <id> upgrade <filename>

C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun>hdhomerun_config.exe 10543C7C get help
Supported configuration options:
