EPG won't update since installing 3.8.3

Hello, first time post, so please don't abuse me if I do it wrong. I have a conexant based duel tuner Dvico Fusion HDTV Express Card, was never really supported until NextPVR, after trying 6 or 7 configurations using different decoders and settings in those decoders as sinc problems or frame dropping common, I did manage to get 3.7.7 working fairly stable, epg and all. Your software is very impressive. I am using older hardware, an ASUS PQ3 Intel P45 @ 1333, Nvidia 9800GT 1GB Graphics. testing OS is Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit. I had no crashing from the epg previous to update version 3.8.3. I am not complaining, and wish to help with log files from the crash, I could be doing something wrong, and understand if people bite my head off if I am at fault. I think I attached the log file correctly. I want to purchase this, but I cannot use paypal hope for some other way to donate/purchase a licence in near future. Haven't tested on Windows 7Pro, 8.1Pro,10Pro as yet, and I have a newer PC I am Building with a plan to test the other OS's on some newer hardware, same HDTV Card. I had no crashing from the epg previous to update version 3.8.3.

The logs that you attached are complete but I am not sure what to look for. Please reboot the computer to make all of the logs start new files. Then recreate the problem and attach the logs again in a post that describes what you see when the EPG is not working correctly. Tell us the time that the problem happened so that we know where to look in the logs. And do all of this in a new thread by clicking the "Post New Thread" button. It gets messy when we have two people with problems in the same thread. Thanks.

Tried re-installing version 3.6.6 as it was the last one that worked for me. It would do an almost complete scan then crash. So I updated to 3.8.3 and it still won't update the EPG but now it doesn't "request" 10 QAM channels as it used to, it says scanning for DVB/ATSC channels with nothing about QAM

Do the 'update epg', then zip and attach your logs. I'll take a look.

It looks like either you've got firewall software blocking NextPVR from accessing the internet, or your Schedules Direct username/password is wrong:

2016-09-26 14:05:12.042 [ERROR][9] Unexpected error doing Schedules Direct login: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Doubtful on both, I had no problems until I undated NextPVR but I'll check. BTW I have NextPVR on 3 windows 10 computers here and only have problems on two and I updated all three

I'd take another look at those suggestions, because I'm pretty sure it is one of those two. The logs pretty clearly show NextPVR requesting the data, but something in the network layer or SD returning this error.
