I've used the USBUIRT with eventghost - works fine. IIRC I used it simulate a separate remote for a cable box which needed a language selection. I hacked (with my limited abilities but able to follow instructions) the driver for the USBUIRT awhile ago so it worked with windows 10, should be on the forum somewhere. Good luck. k

Hello,

I hope no one minds.  If you're like me and either don't have this updated version of the utility or don't have it at all, and see that the link from the old forum here is lost.  The file does exist on this forum under this post:

https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid554635

If you're a guest, you'll need to create an account to download the files.

If you run the file without arguments, it only mentions how to blast, not the learn function as stated here, but typing in the command will start the learn portion of the program.  I do not know if this version supports zones, I plan to test that tomorrow and update this comment.  (according to the USB-UIRT creator, sending no zone blasts to everything [and it does], on the back is a stereo 3.5 jack for two additional blasters, z1 left, z2 right, z3 internal and specifying a zone number before the channel should make the device choose which emitter to use)

It does support Zones, you'll need to put the zone designation before the pronto hex (with a space) in the definition file, which means you'll need a different definition file per device.
