I found an old post of you http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...post342869 where you recommend TSRemux and TSDoctor. Well, TSRemux works fine - audio and video are in sync - except that NPVR cannot play the TS file.
I give up.
ffmpeg and TSRemux generate apparently good TS files that play in Kodi and VLC (btw. VLC has a bug currently, you need to use --demux ffmpeg (https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php...11#p300811), but not in NPVR. The VLC bug indicates that the new TS streams are missing PAT/PMT info. That might also be what NPVR is looking for ...
tsmuxer generates a TS file that works in NPVR, but the audio offset it really bad.
TSDoctor 1.2.x crashed on Win10, maybe the 2.0 version would have worked.
I think I'll buy VideoRedo ...
