No Audio on Live TV (Hauppauge PVR-USB2)

I dont know as it seem to still work for some people, but forcing a reinitialization of the sound seem to solve the problems for Jerry2. I provided him a patch to check it is working, but unfortunately some other incomplete changes I'm making caused hime some other problems, so I cant really supply the patch to other users.

ic. well i look forward to the update. right now im just using it to record anyway, i have a tv in my room, but for next year, im going to be living in the dorms so it would be awesome to have the computer as a tv.
