Possibly a duplicate post... Don't see what I posted earlier.
Scheduled recordings work, LiveTV has problems with SD PremiumTV. Which is great because I never use LiveTV anyway.

I have a subscription for Premium and all is working in the native HDHR app - seems like I need to scan those specific tuner entries and add those channels along with adding the lineup etc - did I miss any steps here? Was anything missed from this thread, and for the OP, is it fully or only partially working for you? Thanks.

I can record but not watch live Premium TV. If another app is using the first tuner NPVR tries, the recording fails.

If you look at the pictures I posted earlier in the thread, you simply need to double click on the HDHR entries on the Devices tab and scan for channels. Then update the EPG. If you haven't rebooted the tuners yet, you may need to do that.

I cannot duplicate either problem (in demo mode) Live Premium plays fine and if I use the Silcon Dust app to play NextPVR fails on the lock an moves to the next HDHR tuner. I wasn't using merged channels though, not sure if this make a difference.

I will try to reproduce this weekend. I had been recording without incident for a few weeks, then my Mother-In-Law came to stay with us for the winter and watch FoxNews sixteen hours a day. At the same time I started getting a lot of failed recordings saying the tuner at address 192.168.86.xxx was locked. I reversed the tuner order priority (I have two boxes, 4 channels) and haven't seen the problem again that I've noticed. She watches using the HD app on a firetv stick. So maybe that's useful information, maybe not...

I installed the latest version of NPVR and it no longer gives the error message when trying to watch live tv with SD Premium channels. Unfortunately, I am in decoder hell. On my main machine, I have Hoborg's paid set of decoders and haven't found a successful combination. On a client, I have ArcSoft decoders because of other software installed and it will display live tv after a 15-30 second delay.
