Trying to install on Libreelec 9.2

I would like to move my recorded shows from one box (Windows) to another (Libreelec 9.2). I can copy the files over with no problem but how do I get the Libreelec system to see them?

in the past I’d read you could do something like:

docker update --restart=on-failure <container ID or name>

This command worked! Able to reboot and the server starts. I need to find a way to delay the client until the server starts.
