The logs don't go back as far as 11.20 so we can't see that error.  Reload the m3u and then immediatley post the logs. 

Yep, I'd have to agree. Capture the logs within a couple minutes of trying to import the m3u.

Looks like you're using an invalid m3u or xmltv url.

Thank You Folks, Turns out is was a space in the string, didn't see it until I used notepad++.
