Are you running the NextPVR server on Windows? Could you possibly have the Windows firewall blocking traffic?
If you look in the Telestar web UI while NextPVR is trying to scan, does it indicate it locks a signal etc?
NextPVR Runs on Ubuntu Server. No Firewall on there. There is Nothing on the WebUI of the telestar wich indicates anything. I can See on the Front of the Device That the Tuner 1 or 2 is working, when i Scan.
How long are your letting it scan? Most of the time you don't let it finish.
Also forgive my ignorance since I don't know how SAT->IP tuning works but are the frequencies that NextPVR is using correct? If so when you issue one of the command via telnet that NextPVR is issuing for a known channel do you see anything in telnet

I can telnet to the Sat->IP Device to Port 554.
Is the device working in any other software? (ie, to confirm the device is in a functional state)

I didnt try it with other software. Is there anything simple to test functionality?

i just used a installation tool for my satellite and that one found channels, so i guess my Telestar is not working correctly. I also used dvbviewer on windows and scanned for channels, this one didn't find any channels too.
I think i need to replace the Telstar Device. Or do i Need external Power for The LNB? (13v/18v)

Today I got a brand new Telestar and after 10 Minutes Scanning there are still no Channels found. Do i need external Power for my dual LNB? The Installation Tool shows me That it uses 13v/19v for the LNB.
