Not all EPG data shown in Guide

I am a noob regarding .ts format / EPG. Full transport is this without video?? I can't play it and mediainfo shows indeed only some timestamp and few words like title, genre and length.
Is TSCapture not totally working correctly?? Can I use a different tool maybe?

But both my Samsung TV and TVMosaic shows EPG info. My provider sends unencrypted channels through DVB-C coax.

I used DVB Inspector. Great tool!!!

Using the first two Full Captures and above tool I found the descriptions for the programs inside it! So it's there
It's located inside the *extended* description

Have patience and wait for sub the author of NextPVR to respond. Medainfo isn't showing anything special either.

I use 'full transport stream', which is everything that is being broadcast. ie multiple channels, with audio/video streams, data streams etc. My signal generator requires this type of full stream. 'Single Channel Transport stream' are not usable for this purpose.

Don't exactly know what you need? A program name? Or a stream?
In the posts above I posted Dropbox links: the first 2 .ts streams were Full Transport and the third one was Single Channel.

I have located the exact point in the .ts stream where the extended description for the EPG data is stored. What more do you need?

I checked with dvbsnoop and right from packet 3 there is extended data. It doesn't explain why there is no video in one minute capture.

I tried different settings in TSCapture but can't get it to record Full Transport (all channels on freq). But why do you need all channels on a frequency? Record Single Channel does work:

and it contains video and more important the EPG data (see screenshot DVB Inspector above). But let's get back on topic and not TSCapture.

Why what happens? You should just have to select 'full transport stream' in TSCapture, and let it record for a minute. It should end up with a file about 200MB in size.

As I said, I intend to play this back in a signal generator, as though it was a local DVB-T broadcast, and for this purpose I need a full transport stream. It needs to be about a minute long

I just need an example file.

NextPVR already extracts info from the extended description descriptor, but it doesn't like something about yours. I'll quickly spot the cause with an example file here, so I can run it up in my environment.
