You can also go int the bash shell and run apt install dvb-tools then run

dvbv5-zap --c /config/adapter0-DVB-T-channels-scan.conf ITV2 -P -t 60 -o /config/fullmux.ts

You can change the output folder to be be on that is easy to access.

I had another look and the 0x0b is in the file, it was just an issue with the editor I was using. All the Dog Loves HIde-and-Seek episodes have it.

As far as I can tell that didn't work. I expected to see streams for ITV2 in there. Did you see it lock onto a signal? You might need to restart the docker if NextPVR is locking the tuner.
