Good Streaming, Poor Recordings

Attached sample recording that is corrupted yet streams fine the same channel BBC 1 HD

That file shows 1143 continuity errors, tells us that there is at least that many sections of the recording that are missing. The usual reason for this would be poor reception on the tuner that was being used.

If they're both tuners on the same dual tuner device, I'd suspect some part related to one of the tuners has suffered a failure. This can make it particularly confusing since some seem to work (on one tuner), and some seem to fail (on the other tuner).
