IPTV channels not working after network changes

Got this to work. Upgrading to 6.1.0.221017 had no effect. It was a network problem - IPv6. Some services on the Linux box (including streamlink) were trying to use IPv6 which was inactive on my router. Rather than troubleshoot further I just deactivated IPv6 on the Linux box so it just used IPv4. Everything works great now
