Ok. Once you get it installed, so that it shows up in the app list on the tv, let me know and I'll get it activated for you.

It seems that eh developer mode has to stay enabled for the package to work.

Is that how it should be or am i missing something.
Not to keen on leaving developer mode enabled on the LG.

Ah this stage yeah, you probably have to have it enabled to use non-appstore apps. I've had developer mode enabled for about the last year, and haven't noticed any difference though, other than this ability to install apps etc.

When I'm happy with the app, I'll submit to LG for publishing in their app store, but I couldn't tell you when that'd be.

Ok i will keep it enable so i can test it for a while.

It looks different then the nextpvr on the server but i guess that will change with development.

Thanks for this.

That is how all UI clients look on all platforms. You can see it in the browser to via the main settings page. They are designed for the 10' interface for PVR with remotes and not a limited web browser

No plans for any significant changes to that. It looks the same as the NextPVR desktop client when you installed NextPVR on Windows. It's designed for being driven by a remote.

Martin,

So if I install the github program you linked I don't need to go thru the step of creating an lg developer acct, etc or is this util for after those syeps are completed?

Thanks
