Unable to transcode into .mp4

Actually the source files play fine, because I changed provider after you previously said I was being sent "garbage", you were right, now it's crystal. To experiment I changed ffmpeg source to my own copy on the computer, and it works again, I have 2 crystal copies of a .ts and .mp4 file.

Not sure if having two copies of ffmpeg is a conflict or not.
If you have the extra code you recommended to add onto the batch file, to diminish logging, and to delete the .ts file it would be much appreciated.

You can call another copy ffmpeg no issue, but I am not sure it is working, perhaps you need a newer (not an older) version of ffmpeg. The one with NextPVR isn't current.

Once you get it working and add -v quiet the logs will be fine but don't add it until it works.

Most IPTV service providers are all just reselling the exact same streams, so there isn't a whole lot of difference between providers.

The can be decent at times. They're often oversold though, so can be poor when too many people are using a channel (or group of channels), or are sometimes just flakey.

Hi there sub, when I say my new service is crystal clear I'm not exagerating, the difference is night and day. The impetus for changing provider was when I was told I was receiving garbage, my ego took a hit, I had been paying for a sub standard service for 2 years, which I knew myself, choppy, stutter, occasional inability to see a program, occasional great feeds, I'm glad I had a helpful nudge, it's been two weeks now without missing a beat, it's like having a proper pvr again away from home, no issues at any time of day, and NextPVR is a joy again, so is Plex, they can do their job properly. So no issue with the source file. As for remuxing into .mp4 I've tested enough. I can't get it to work reliably. and I'm giving up for now, I really appreciate the help so far. Honestly I'm quite surprised I didn't find this natively with NextPVR, changing .ts file to .mp4, considering how ubiquitous .mp4 is.
And reading through the forum I see many requests for just this feature.
I'll wait until one day maybe you'll implement it, as you mentioned here in another post sub..

Based on your logs, an auto-remux wouldn't help. If you want to PM me a link to a sample recording can see if I can tell you what is wrong with the script. Plex is probably transcoding them which hides some warts.
