the problem is that gbpvr needs you to pass file names to play, and cds with digital content hide the .cda files, so if you want to play audio cds without .cda files you will probably have to play it using windows (not gbpvr), which would mean you would have to monitor the events inside gbpvr and stop audio cd playback when video starts or another music file is played.
