looks like a bunch of Windows Updates around version 21H1 on 9/2. Should I see OpenDCT in windows services?

I think OpenDCT is having issues?? I have no service for Opendct or Wrapper in services standard or extended.
I tried to run the first line from the Opendct.bat command in a CMD window "opendct.py" in the scripts directory and I get the below which means nothing to me, but error doesn't sound good:
Exit
Traceback (most recent call last):
File ".....,Opendct.py:, line 221, in <module>
Main(sys.argv)
File ".....opendct.py", line 21, in main
if argv[1] == 'Discovery':
IndexError: list index out of Range

Cant tell you WHAT fixed my issue but I installed a new version of OpenDCT, opened counsel again, restarted the service and now it seems to be back to normal.

I am but because the Opendct version changed I just manually changed the version number on your file. Thanks again for all your prior help. Never would be working without your help but other than this little odd hiccup it's been working flawlessly.
Hi Martin, my Nextpvr version you helped me fix again with your custom java file with the update I decided to jump to the current released version. After install my devices showed 6 unavailable tuners and the exact same id's for 6 new tuners? I'm still using the Extra tool as described in this thread. Any Idea why that might be? I reinstalled a complete backup of my drive and have the old version working again. If I want to take a second try at this for how I setup what do you think is the best option? Rename the current User data folders as Backup and do a full install then copy over Config and DB3 file you had created for me in the above thread? and if I have issues again and want to unwind this install would it just mean deleting the new folders and reinstating the old folders? Before I try again wanted to shortcut uninstalling if possible.
Thanks for all your help over the years with this
Todd
There is indeed a bug and NextPVR does leave some tuners unavailable but I am not sure how to duplicate it. I have I think about 20 rogue HDHR devices on my test server list so it is not just NextPVR. I told sub about this before
I would delete the newly added tuner (holding control) stop NextPVR and see if on restart the old list is activated.
