BlueMCE2-X cleanup project

I just uploaded a first version of Main Menu with TaskImages and Panels.
I also uploaded my current version of OSD with BlueMCE2 buttons....so the core skins will be complete.
But I will work on the OSD skins to make the more Image based.

Baseskin.xml is now complete for all core textstyles and they are removed from core plugins. (some have been left behind because of need, but I commented on them, I think..)

I won't mess with the baseskin.xml file again until we are almost done maybe.

Uploaded Shutdown and SystemStatus.
The ButtonPageUp/Down has to be in the CommonImages for SystemStatus.

I think that screenname pos 10,5 is a little to much to the left when the buttons are positioned at 15px.
Loc 20,5 looks better in my eyes (more "air" around the text)

Edit: I tried with different text sizes.....and I will change to 15,5 in coming uploads.
ScreenName set to 32px is a better height, so letter like "y" dont gets cut at the bottom.

I noticed that I have different location n the Button_Close in my skins. I think that we shall use :

This gives the button space to the top and the right...and size is enough.

15,5 is ok, I like having the size reduced some, I will change the baseskin.xml to reflect this.

Ok, no "spec" had been determined on it, so we will use that.

Edit: Also, couldn't the page up and down buttons have been More_Up and More_Down?

It doesn't matter to me personally, I don't care for the button myself since I use a remote. The wiki should be updated however. I don't have much time today, so someone else might need to update the wiki.

There will be some adjustments on the fly. I ran into one with SystemStatus where another ListView background was used, without border padding
I put it in the plugin skin directory and started to resize/realign the listbars and text.
I uploaded it anyway.....for you to see.

Regarding ButtonPageUp/Down, there have been several questions about that functionality in the wishlist section. I think that Sub sad the he will implement that feature at some point. There are several plugin skins that uses those buttons, so I think we should include them.

They aren't using those images as buttons though, they are using them as indicators that there is more up and down. Plugins would have to be changed if touchscreen support gets added, and that can be addressed then. I just think that to keep the looks consistant with all plugin screens, only one type of indicator image should be used. Using a button type image for these messed me up when I was a newbie because I kept clicking on them with a mouse and got frustrated that nothing happened. I think they shouldn't be buttons for now.
