Which card provides a good tv-out?

Just curious if you are satisfied with your sapphire 9550. I too am looking for a video card with tv out (and don't want to spend a lot of mony ).

I have a radeon 9550 with component dongle to a rptv and have terrible overscan issues that I have yet to resolve

I am using the component dongle on my sapphire & my picture lined up almost perfectly with just enough overscan.
I just didn't have to adjust much.
Just ran the HDTV wizard & choose 480i or p I forget which then nudged the desktop to be more centered.

The picture is amazing.
I did have to play with the color adjustments to get the correct skin tones, but other than that I didn't have a problem.

I have never used the svideo out on this card. Only the component.
