You can scroll through the 'screens' using up/down.

Logs don't give any info except its not asking GBPVR to play a trailer at any point.

Have you tried playing trailers with the blue skin? it has a "press play to play trailers" message to inform the user that it has found a matching trailer file for the current film.

ok, same issue with the blue skin, doesnt seem to say anything about having a trailer.

playing the trailer does not work with my trailers directory, if I copy a trailer to the default directory it seems to work... but still nothing on screen saying there is a trailer... not that I saw

Should be on the 3rd or 4th 'page'.

Will look into the trailers issue - think you may have found a bug. Is there anything special about the F:\ drive? Assume its just a local HDD yes?

Can you try this one? It was one line of code where it was using the a hard-coded trailer path Sad

well, that seems to work

and I am dumb, and need to add something to the skin, to show there is more information on other screens that can be accessed by pressing up or down

any luck figuring out what is going on when scraping IMDB for movie times?

Hi,

the plugin works good now. It downloads the trailers. I assume they will play on the PC (will test it) but I use a MVP. So I have to convert it to MPG. I found some batch files on the forum (test.bat and test1.bat) that will do the job. The batchfiles uses FFMPEG to convert the *.MOV.

After some tweaks it converts every *.MOV to *.MPG. So far so good. Problem is it won't play on the MVP. It causes a reboot on the MVP.

I tried a few options but no luck:

ffmpeg.exe -i shooter.mov -sameq shooter.mpg
ffmpeg.exe -i shooter.mov -target dvd shooter.mpg
ffmpeg.exe -i shooter.mov -target -pal -dvd shooter.mpg

sameq is the only one that did not crash my MVP Smile

Do I have to use another parameters to make it work on the MPV? Can anyone tell me what to look for. Thanks in advance.

Figures, I never tested on the MVP because I didn't have one then. I believe I tested the MPG's on GBPVR though. Maybe a search of mov to mpeg with ffmpeg would yield a better command line.

Did a search.. MOV to MPG is not the problem. Making the MPG play on the MVP seems impossible. Will keep trying and if I find it I'll let you know.
