When you have some free time (I know that could be a while ) could you see if you can duplicate this problem by creating back to back recurring recordings on the same channel and then seeing if a slight change in scheduled times (for episodes other than the master recording) causes these duplicates during a scheduled update with "complete EPG reload"?
It's not urgent (we do have workarounds for now) but it would be nice to find out why this happens.
