Yep - similar. I have to admit I don't know the origins of 'on yer bike' but it is basically just telling someone to 'go away' (slightly more polite than other phrases).

Saying 'I'll get my coat' is when you realise you've said/done something wrong and you then leave before someone says 'On yer bike'.
