Prompts for resume but doesn't actually resume?

I've put in the new version of PVRX2.exe. However, I'm still seeing a problem with the resume functionality (in PCH2 mode).

When I have a file which has a commercial at the beginning, this is what I'm seeing:

1. From the recordings screen, select play.
2. The screen displays video from the very beginning of the file.
3. The OSD resume prompt is displayed.
4. I select the resume button.
5. The video jumps to the resume point and plays for a second or so.
6. The video jumps back to the beginning of the show (after the initial commercial period).

Thats most likely unrelated.

If you delete the comskip file, I'm guessing resume works fine?

sub, thanks for the patch, I haven't had time to test it on the PCH yet, but will get back to you. It seems to have fixed a long-standing no-resume on the PC (even after a config restart) so I am chuffed about that).

Can I assume the PVRX2 patch in Martin's thread "mvpmcx2 Update 2009-05-24" http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=42290 ALSO includes this fix?
