Ok, here is a new mon file from a scan with only S2 channels.

ini file used:

Code:
[SATTYPE]
1=3592
2=Thor 6 CD_HD

[DVB]
0=9
1=10934,H,25000,34,38
2=11785,H,30000,34,38
3=11903,H,25000,34,38
4=11903,V,25000,34,38
5=11934,H,25000,34,38
6=12015,H,30000,34,38
7=12054,H,27500,89,38
8=12092,H,27500,89,38
9=12128,H,30000,34,38

This file is also what I use in PVRX2 which results in HD channels found. Channels that I also can watch with MDPlugin.

Yeah, no sign of any signal there.

To be honest, I'm not really sure what to suggest at this stage.

sub, as I suspected the reinstallation did not make much change. However, the npvr logs indicates that someting is found on some frequencies but still no channels or am I reading it wrong?

Can you try collecting the mon.txt again for the DVB-S2 frequencies with this patch?

sub, now we are talking. For this scan some (not all) expected channels actually came up in the scan list.

NPVR log and Mon file is attached.

Great.

Which channels were missing? one particular frequency, or some other combination?

sub, several of channels are missing in NPVR compared to a scan in PVRX2 using the same scan file. As an example NPVR does not find anything on the frequency 11785 and 12015 where PVR2 finds channels. I am attaching a config log from PVRX2 where you can get all the details.

Thanks,

You may just need to bump up the <ScanCollectionMS> setting in config.xml.

You're using 15 seconds for the equivalent in GBPVR, vs the 4.5 seconds in NPVR.
