Record show using EPG description?

Thanks, putting anything in the "name" works. I'm still tweeking my Advanced Rules and have a question. An example show in EPG:

Seinfeld (title)
The Doll (Episode?)
One of Susan's dolls looks like George (description)

Would I use "episode" or something else in Advanced Rules to filter this field?

It is possible mark a pending recording as already recorded/watched so it won't record? I cancelled an unwanted show, but it showed up as pending again after the next EPG update.

You can delete a recording from Pending list, but if it is also in Recurring it will be scheduled during the next epg update. To remove it completely you'll have to remove it from Recurring.

I thought that was taken care of in the new version?

- added logic to allow the deletion of individual episdoes of recurring recordings without them being automatically rescheduled at next EPG update.

Unfortunately this is only for North American users that have EPG data uniquely identifying shows.

I wrote a utility that uses the same logic that mythtv uses to create an Elf Hash of the title/subtitle + series/season that could works pretty well outside North America , but there currently is no way to use is, because PostUpdateEPG runs too late to insert it.
