Live TV Freezes are still here with the NPVR Client V2.6.2

Here are some logs from a client live TV freeze. I was wrong about it always happening during an ad break, though -- this one was mid-programme. Client and server are both running Windows 7 and NPVR 2.6.2, and are on a wired gigabit network.

I thought decoders too but jpsa's stream.log like msmith8228's show one of the things I think sub need to look at, the 5 second read 0 timeour I had three varieties on Thursday

lol @ sub's typos... what's a "timeour" sub?
 I see these and chuckle every time I look in npvr's logs.

I actually like my typos in code when it helps pinpoint a problem area. Is it only the typo fixed?

Attached are another set of logs -- this time after a Live FM radio freeze on a client. This one took about 35 min before the freeze occurred. As is the case with my analog Live TV freezes pressing escape will recover to the normal NextPVR menus.

My workround for the client hang problem is to start a recording, and then start playing it a few seconds later. I've not (yet!) seen a hang if I do that. |
