Atlas doesn't seem to have the unique_id field ;( One advantage for me is that it doesn't need a tuner and I run it on my HP NAS box and share the xml file out to my main and test boxes.

Code:
<programme start="20141212210000 +0000" stop="20141212213000 +0000" channel="lincolnshire.bbc1.bbc.co.uk">
    <title lang="en">Have I Got News for You</title>
    <desc lang="en">Actor Martin Clunes quizzes Paul Merton, Ian Hislop and their guests - comedian Reginald D Hunter and Newsnight presenter Kirsty Wark - on the week's news stories, hoping to raise a few laughs along the way. Last in the series.</desc>

This is the same item take off air with EPGcollector:-

<programme start="20141212210000 +0000" stop="20141212213000 +0000" channel="4165">
<title>Have I Got News for You</title>
<desc>10/11. The popular satirical news quiz, with team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop, guest host Martin Clunes, and panellists Reginald D Hunter and Kirsty Wark. Also in HD. [S]</desc>
<category>Show</category>
<audio>
<stereo>stereo</stereo>
</audio>
<episode-num system="xmltv_ns">/MIDT9K . /1RKFPM . 0</episode-num>
</programme>

Its the "episode-numb" which NextPVR uses for the unique_ID to "avoid duplicate recordings". The first part is the Series_ID which NextPVR doesn't know about so I have a which script replaces series_ID with a "0". So in the database it would appear as "0:1RKFPM:0"

I know that the when using XMLTV GUI with the Radio Times data the series number and episode number is loaded into NextPVR a unique_ID is generated by combining the numbers with part of the title. However the Atlas data seems to generate two different episode numbers so don't know how NextPVR will handle that!!

"The tuner you were using is required for a recording...." message has started popping up randomly over the last couple of days, multiple times a day.

I have a 3-tuner HDHR Prime and no recordings scheduled. Once the message comes up, the HDHR show no activity, no channel utilization. I receive EPG vial xmltv and channels are reversed settings. This just started happening - any ideas why?

You'd probably need to post the logs so we can see what is happening.

Just zip and attach the entire logs directory so others have a chance to take a look and offer an opinion too.

Here is the zipped file. The issue happened yesterday and today. Also, during live TV play today, Live TV just stopped twice - screen frozen and had to restart. Could this be a flaky service issue, my provider (Verizon FiOS) has been glitching somewhat over the last couple of days?

I'm not sure of your choice to watch livetv during the EPG update, typically that is done during quieter times.

Martin,

Are you saying that is the problem?

That definitely happens when watching livetv and you start an epgupdate ... also happens if you are watching livetv and you do a search on another Client. I have attached a log watching LiveTV on server and doing a search on a client. I have 7 tuners and only 1 was recording and one used for LiveTV it still kicked me off LiveTV.
