Channel tuning issue with NextPVR 3.7.7/Kodi 16.1 and 17b1

I'm no expert in reading kodi logs, but it sounds like you need to collect a couple of kodi.log files (with debug logging enabled) showing a successful attempt to view this channel, and a failed attempt. This way we'd at least be able to compare the Kodi output and look for differences.

Is there any outlet to reach the Kodi developers about this problem? It sounds like the problem is more with Kodi than with NextPVR.
