@smido compare the values in these config.xml entries on your three machines

<SchedulesDirectUsername>none</SchedulesDirectUsername>
<SchedulesDirectPassword>none</SchedulesDirectPassword>

Perhaps the non-working machine is wrong.

I added a post to the other thread with details on how to launch a cmd window at the correct location for Windows 10. It may be too late though if you've deleted the folder (as Martin stated). Best of luck.

Ok, The file I had sent to you was after reinstalling 3.8.3, but your reply had me looking into device set up and channels more closely. What I found was that the channels were there but somehow the connection to schedules direct wasn't. I went through and signed in to SD again and remapped all the channels. The guide then populated, did this without changing my firewall, so don't think that's a problem. However I don't know why the Schedules Direct log-in was lost or why the channels had to be remapped, here's hoping it updates tomorrow morning when it's scheduled to. I really appreciate all your help and I hope the problem is solved. Is paypal still the only way to donate to you, the program and the support is priceless, but I can't afford to donate that much...lol

See? I knew some clever Win10 user would pipe in. Thanks seattlefog!

Honestly, if you can't afford it, I'd prefer you didn't donate. Just say nice things to other people about the software and we'll call it even Smile

The username and password values are the same, but I do have the EPG working at the moment, having logged in to SD and remapped all the channels. The test will be when it's time to update in the morning. Sorry for the confusion when I said I couldn't afford it I meant the "priceless" part, I have no problem donating for something that works this nicely and has such good support. I'm looking into the paypal thing I haven't used it before.

I am also experiencing EPG update problems after installing 3.8.3. I use OTA to obtain EPG info. I believe that NPVR successfully scans for the info, but fails to transfer to the on-screen EPG.

Run "nextpvr.exe -updatedb" and you'll be good to go.

Did you try the "nextpvr -updateepg" command in a command prompt window?

Please start NextPVR ... Settings --> Channels ... Update EPG ... and then post all of the logs in a new thread telling us when you did the update EPG so that we know where to look in the logs. A new thread will help us to keep problems seperate. Thanks.
