Also have a few gaps in the NZ guide. Thought I should try the dll also. If you agree, its seems there's an unmanaged.dll in c:\Program Files\NextPVR and one in c:\Program Files\NextPVR\client. So, should I update just one or the other or both ?

Replace both. His was more than just some gaps, so probably not the same thing.

Thanks. That seems to have fixed it up nicely.

BTW, I guess there'll be a NPVR server entry in Windows program list thingy (whatever its called when you press the Windows button, bottom left) at some point to go with the NextPVR Client and NextPVR Web App. Wasn't sure how to start it up again so clicked on NextPVRServer and NPVRTray. Windows didn't seem to like me clicking of NextPVRService.

Hello. I will try the new NPVRTray the next hour.

I did a test already with the current Tray.exe and had the same behavior as mvallevand.

The behavior i know was always, that if a recording was running only the monitor was shut of, but nothing else happend. This was the behavior of Micrsofts MCE over all OS Versions till Windows 8.1, and on Windows 10 it was the behavior of TV-Mosaic.

the new NPVRTray.exe works fine. Now its like expected.

The monitor shuts off, but nothing more. Great!

Will the new unmanaged.dll and the new NPVRTray.exe be included in the next releases, or do i have to exchange them manually?

If you will find a why to disable going into standby while a record is running....... Even more better!!! :-)

NextPVR Server should not be going into standby while it is recording.  Does it go to sleep in the middle of a recording or immediately prior to a recording?  Please post logs telling us the time of a recording that was affected so that we know where to look in the logs.  Thanks.
