Well your "how to upload logs" test failed but other then that you confirmed what I see in that the issue you are seeing is not just back to back recordings.

It doesn't look like something that NextPVR can control.

Sorry about that. I thought it was attached originally, but I did edit the post to fix a typo. Would that cause the attachment to be lost? Either that or it was because the log zip was 2.2MB. I just removed the oldest two log files from the zip and re-attached to the original post.

Yes the file size potentially from the spam in the digital device file that sub is removing for the next release.

There is kernel, the Hauppauge linux modules and also the firmware which does most of the actually work.

So the kernel version depends on the distro version and I suspect the Hauppauge linux modules are the "driver" I was thinking of (or maybe not?). Firmware = Hauppauge 2250 firmware? I can look for updates, I can say I remember doing that with the previous Windows installs that all used this same 2250 card. But I would certainly believe that different OSes and even different versions of Linux and Windows may work differently with different card f/w versions. Thanks for the pointer on that, I'll see what I can find on f/w.
