No. Your command line showed the right folder just don't create a tablo sub folder.

ahh, ok.

moved the files into c:\program files\nextpvr folder and ran the command line again and got same error

Ok I added a 1.0.3 zip to the other folder, it might be because it was a debug build.

I've updated 1.0.3 again. Apparently in netcore you can't build an AnyCPU exe to launch the dll which does the real work. I thought using Windows would be easier than python for making Extras.

update: when I double clicked the app in regular windows a cmd dialog came up for about a half second then went away

Yes if you follow the other thread, you need to use the command line option

TabloTV install

whether it works or not on the older device is hard to say. If it works you will have the extras device loaded in NextPVR.
