Looking at another thread @Bobins was able to stop an issue with similar logging when he changed the NextPVR.exe settings from Auto to a fixed resolution. Maybe pick your resolution there.

We were watching the news then paused then hit stop crashed black screen.  had to use the mouse and close.

I found this at the time of the crash last night
