*shrug* either i'd guess. If you play around with RecorderTest and/or GraphEdit can you get anything to record via the moonlight encoders? (recordertest is supplied with the software recorder, search the forumn for info on graphedit)

build 15:
New in 0.15 - April 22th, 2005
- Extra debugging information around recording.
- Choose first WaveOut line on mixer instead of last.
what this means for you guys:
rtiangha - I've hopefully fixed the code that changes the mixer settings automatically, if not please let me know and send logs.
tipstir & bburd - extra debugging has been added so i can track down you problem, please load up new version, try record (i expect it to break) and send me logs.
rtiangha & tipstir - I haven't had time to do anything about the horizontal size issue, as it requires new code.
newest version works great! Starts up fast and it records. The only thing left that would make this perfect is if I could configure the encoder's settings. Right now I think the files are recorded at way too high a bitrate. The filesizes seem too large.

I agree! They end up huge right? (about 0.5mb/sec) I'm hoping to find some spare time in the next few weeks to investigate this.

It doesn't seem to work for me (unless I'm doing something wrong). I assume that if GBPVR and GraphEdit are running together, any change I make in GraphEdit will affect GBPVR?

Anyways, here are the relevant logs.
GB-PVR v1.1.5, 1x Hauppauge PVR-150 (v.2.0.48.25037), 2x Hauppuage PVR-500MCE (v.2.0.48.25037), Athlon XP 2500+@3200+, 1GB DDR RAM, Diamond AMD Radeon HD2600 Pro 512MB DDR2 AGP (v7.7), NVIDIA nforce2 Ultra 400 Chipset (v5.10), Chaintech AV-710 (v500b), Windows XP Home w/SP2, Microsoft .NET 2.0, DirectX 9.0c (Aug '07), NVIDIA PureVideo decoders (v.1.02-223), SchedulesDirect, Dell 2405FPW; DVI

hrm, all looks okay until it tries to render the video. Often having things loaded in GraphEdit and GB-PVR will conflict, so try making sure that graphedit doesn't have the filters loaded (on my pc it's just the capture filter that conflicts, you can have the tuner and crossbar loaded at the same time).

bburd: you can't use the (video) capture pin for (audio) capture on your audio card. Either select Audio or if your card doesn't make that option avalible, then you will have to choose you audio card and probably Line In and use an external cable to route the sound.

tipstir: it seems to be hanging during the connection of the video capture via the encoder to the mux. Can you try send some LiveTV logs instead of plain recordings (here's me hoping that there will be more debugging info in them)

Normanr: from post #300 I have now run your video clip using recorder test and it plays without problems. What do you think the problem is?
