I am running 1.2.5.4.

Here are my screenshots and log file. Note that the OnAir log finds more channels in the ScanLog than are present in the screenshots because I deleted some of them.

hmmm, I might look into buying this product now (sub said something about that didnt he):p

I would just like to say to Ryan that I am truly impressed with the level of commitment to customer satisfaction at autumnwave. the fact that you actively tried to get your product working in a third party program is quite shocking to me, pleasing yet shocking.

thank you very much, Ryan and sub

Can you try temporarily adding the following registry key, then zip the scan again, and zip and attach the c:\psi.log file?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Devnz\LogPSIProcessing=2

I highly recommend the GT. If you're interested, take a look at the thread on AVS forums:

http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?p=8746777

Right now it's 14 pages of us OnAir users sharing tips, bothering Ryan, and so forth. It'll give you a sense of the product, people's opinion of it, and Autumnwave's (Ryan's) commitment to the product.

Edit: I had problems attaching the file, so I uploaded it here:

hmm, thats quite odd. According to the psi.log, it should have worked. I can see all the channel info found in the scan.

What do the numbers in (Strength: 11000 Quality: -21315) mean? They look like error codes or something.

All the manufacturers seem to use a different scheme with different value ranges for representing signal strength and quality. I'm not what these OnAir devices use, but it says "locked=1" on the same line I can only assume its a decent enough signal to lock on to.

Can you see if the attached patch helps? It was the version of this file that was used when Ryan tested the OnAir support for me. Backup your original file first, so you can restore if needed (I'm not 100% sure this patch is binary compatible with the current release).

I renamed PsiParser.ax in the program directory to PsiParser.ax.bak, put the new file in there, and I still see the same (Strength: 11000 (or 9000) Quality: -21315) messages.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'm impressed.

I'd still expect to see these values. They're normal for this device. The only difference I was hoping for was channels to be shown in the scan.

cheers, but they're about to get a bit slower, since I'm going out for a couple of hours... Big Grin
