Ok,

Just to be complete, I upgraded to the latest version, 99.12. Then I
1. emptied the EPG
2. exitted out of config by pressing "OK" repeatedly
3. Started GBPVR and verified that the TV Guide was blank
4. Updated the EPG
5. Started GBPVR and noted that my TV Guide is still 1 hour off.

I also scrolled to the very end of the TV Guide listing. The "noon news" is still occurring at 11:00 AM on the last day stored in the TV Guide. Therefore, it does not seem to be a mix of old and new lists. It seems that entire lineup is shifted. (For those convinced that I am an idiot, I did check the MyTelly listing of the same Zap2It feed and the "noon news" starts at 12:00PM.)

I did NOT yet apply the DST patch since I already rolled the clock ahead manually. It is my understanding that this patch is not required until the next DST change, since the last one is gone and it only updates on that particular day.

Any hints on what files to nuke?

Why not apply the patch and see if that helps...

Zap2it's listings are in UTC date/time format and are converted via a windows call to local time. (I'm paraphrasing a reply from Sub).
If you don't have the patch applied the listings will be one hour early.

Once you apply the patch, then go off and do the empty and reload and all should be well.

I still can't get it working right.

I've done the patch, I've emptied all three of my capture sources, restarted the computer, updated the epg and things seem to get even more out of whack. When scrolling around now it goes clear instead of green on some shows.

This is really throwing a wrench in the whole works.

What else can I try?

banjo,

As pastro says, you'll need to apply the Microsoft patch, otherwise Windows wont be able to convert these zap2it times correctly.

Yes, and I saw the time jump ahead so I think it took.

Is the time on your computer and the time of the programs in the EPG correct?

The time on the computer is right but the programs in the EPG are off, some by the expected hour.

Crap I don't get it. I guess I'll go try the patch again and if that doesn't work start playing with Atomic (the time synch program I was using previously and have since pulled out of the startup). Something is messed up in there somewhere, obviously on a level that's beyond me.
